Since our launch in 2022, the team at Homeless & Human has worked toward our mission. We are fortunate to have volunteers from all walks of life who bring their unique expertise and resources to everything we do.
While there is so much more that can be done, there is no doubt that we are making a significant impact. Our success is not measured through just facts and figures, but, rather, through lives impacted.
Our organization was born out of a commitment to address community needs head on - but we cannot do it on our own. We believe that change is possible when we ALL put our hearts and minds to it.
